We are very pleased to inform you that the branch revival meeting that took place on Thursday the 17th of June had a very happy ending: Malmesbury NCT can continue to exist thanks to new and enthusiastic members who came forward to complete the committee team! This means that local parents and parents-to-be can continue to benefit from the support and friendship that the branch has been offering them for the last 24 years.
This doesn’t mean that new people are not needed though! The larger the team, the lighter the workload – volunteering is fun, allows you to use your experience and gain new skills (good for your CV), and you have the satisfaction of knowing that you’re helping the NCT make a difference for parents.
